My Vision of Coaching

The keys of a successful coaching are probably the proper use of the "positive confrontation" communication.

Professional Coaching is a support aiming at optimizing the Coachee's full potential, and at enabling him to achieve effective and mesurable results in her/his professional life.  

Coaching creates a space where the Coachee can define her/his objectives, aspirations, overcome her/his doubts and certainties, gain in compétences, in autonomie and self-confidence, et find in her/himself the appropriate solutions to implement. 

It is essential for me to coach within a well-defined and safe framework, using active listening and when necessary positive confrontation. This fosters the necessary alliance between coachee and coach. I bring additional tools and techniques to allow the coachee to understand and master the challenges she/he is facing.
